Fast-changing demographics, new markets, economic ups and downs, political challenges, technology advances and increased competition are but a few critical issues faced by company and organizational leaders. Those, who not only understand the times but more importantly seize the opportunities and respond strategically, achieve sustainable success.

Over twenty five years of serving in executive and political leadership positions taught me that within every challenge there-in lies an opportunity. Every problem has a solution and every solution opens a window of opportunity.

In 2004 I resigned my leadership position to open my own consulting business, MTR Consulting Services. My hope is to offer practical strategies to company leaders and organizational managers that are ready to find solutions for success.

In 2004 I launched MTR Consulting Services, offering management consulting services and advice on innovative, practical strategies to senior leaders. My purpose: to support executives and their senior leaders with strategic, out of the box thinking and creation of action plans focused on meeting the challenges of today’s ever changing demographics, political and economic landscape. I fully enjoy lending my extensive expertise to those who seek solutions for success.
